5 out of 5 eggsGreat Card for the Price

Pros: I bought this card because I needed a dual display DVI card for 2 monitors. Im not a heavy gamer or AutoCAD user, but I figured for the price, if it didnt work that well, I didn't loose much money. Well I was very suprised. This card is great. I am running 2 - 23" LG Wide Screen monitors and it work great. No problems installing or configuring. Great card for the price.

Cons: None that I have come up with.

Other Thoughts: Make sure you have an extra power connector on your power supply to connect to this video card

5 out of 5 eggsWorks

Pros: Worked out of the box with Gigabyte motherboard. Price is good for a day-to-day video card. Fan is quite and card isn't running high during normal image editing tasks. No problems with dual 20" monitors.

Cons: none

1 out of 5 eggsStandard def tv?

Pros: NewEgg got the card to me quickly.

Cons: Can not get it to output good video to my Std.Def TV. Just abunch of garbage. It recognizes the TV in the software - but the picture just flips, and is broken. BFG support suggested reinstalling drivers, but then stopped responding to me. I wont buy another card from them.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for a budget

Pros: I really like this particular graphics card. It's great for a casual gamer like myself who is fine with playing some-what dated games. Runs things like CS:S, Medieval 2: Total war, World of Warcraft on maximum settings easily, to name a few. I'd recommend it if you are building a gaming computer on a budget n.n

Cons: It can play new games, however if you're the type of person who absolutely desires to maximize graphics settings on the newer titles, look else where.

5 out of 5 eggsBFGR79512GTOCE

Pros: Low Price
New as opposed to used via auction site
256 bit interface
Quiet

Cons: No card utilities on BFG software disc

Other Thoughts: 512MB card with 256 bit interface for this price? Great deal.
Plays COD 4 (not why I bought it)
Cruises thru SIMS 3 (why I bought it)
First BFG Card time will tell

5 out of 5 eggsBFGR79512GTOCE New for 50 Stones!

Pros: 7XXX cards & below are hardware based 8XXX and newer cards are only software emulation. I don't play any DX10 games.

Cons: People who whine about fan noise !!!!!!!!

Other Thoughts: I own a pair of 9800's that will sit in their boxes 'till I need DX10 & open GL 2.1 support because they run @ 70c at factory fan speed! because the fan only runs @ 20% and they still run at 50c at 90% - This card is set to run @ 40% &
runs @ 46c I use nTune to run it @ 66% @40c - I would father hear a little fan noise than burn up my GPU !!!

5 out of 5 eggsGood Value Card

Pros: Super cheap, runs like a champ on my older system with PCIe 1.0, vastly improved system performance with my older games (C&C 3 and CC First to Fight) no longer intended to be the cutting edge of video card technology but still a great deal, I'd imagine it'd rock in SLI configuration. Does a pretty decent job supporting WoW though not quite capable of ultra high settings in this system.

Cons: It does run a bit hot and the fan is pretty annoying on start up or under load but having to have the side of my case removed due to ventiliation issues sure doesn't help.

Other Thoughts: BFG's start guide was spot onno issues on the install I would probably buy another video card from BFG if I ever upgrade this system.

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice older Video Card

Pros: Performance, Performance, Performance...3dmark03 scores near 40,000. Runs quiet and cool, PRICE!

Cons: No DX10 support, but I didn't really need it

Other Thoughts: I was finally running into limitations with Intel GMA integrated graphics (I don't game), so I did a quick check to see what a new PCI-E card would cost me. This 7900GT for $50 was an awesome deal, it'll run circles around some brand-new mid-range cards. Very pleased!

Keep in mind, there's no DX10 support on 7XXX cards, but if you don't game, it probably shouldn't matter to you.

5 out of 5 eggsStill one of the best!

Pros: This card is still one of the best overall gaming cards you can buy for an older system. Minimal fan noise in properly cooled case with intelligent driver load.

Cons: 24 shaders is minimal for new games
