3 out of 5 eggsMediocre, but sufficient

Pros: It runs fairly well, and I was able to play Call of Duty 2 on bare settings only. The card can run older games alright, but you lose plenty of eye candy. It always ran cool and efficiently, but it lacks serious power.

Cons: As mentioned above, weak card, but a sufficient holder until you can upgrade.

Other Thoughts: Spend an extra 50 and get the XFX 7600gt. It can run Call of Duty 2, Half-Life 2 etc. on full. Doesn't take much power either. I would only recommend this card if you were on a low budget or looking for a GPU to hold you over for a while.

5 out of 5 eggsGood budget card

Pros: This card works great for a small computer. While its not meant for gaming, you can get away with playing DirectX8/9 games ok. Overclocked to 650/900 versus the 450/550 stock. Card is very quiet.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Great product overall.

5 out of 5 eggsWill play BF 2142

Pros: Very overclockable! Have the GPU at 600 and the memory at 600, will play BF2142 medium settings 1024X768 22-32FPS when overclocked. I only have 1 GIG of RAM so, I think I could get more out of it, or get the clockrate to be more stable with more RAM.
It also borrows some system RAM, to take it’s self up to 512M.

Cons: Fan is cheap, not against GPU very tight . The fan could be improved greatly. It is adequate to keep it cool enough, but I think I will eventually replace it if I can find a good one cheap enough, since I am overclocking the card.

Other Thoughts: This card seems to have pretty high quality components for me to be able to overclock it so high. LE stands for “Lame Edition” in my book, but I am running this card over GS speeds, and it holds up fine. I think it is worth $6.00 more than those cards that have no fan. Cheapest way to get in on the bottom wrung of the most modern games, IMO. BF 2142 is brutal on cards, and yet it is playable with this $45.00 one…

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: It showed video.

Cons: Not for long, though. Began getting blue screens hours after install, and soon Windows wouldn't even boot.

Other Thoughts: Probably would have worked well for my HTPC, but oh well.

Pros: This card is very good for users that "just need a home computer".

Cons: I don't have any.

Other Thoughts: This card is perfect for someone not into gaming or graphical engineering.

4 out of 5 eggsGood for low profile

Pros: Works well with Vista. Great for low profile computers that you want to run dual monitors on. Even includes low profile bracket for the cost.

Cons: DSUB is on a detachable cable with a very fat magnetic interference device on it. Since PCI-E slots are typically the top slot you have to run the cable over the top of the card to find an open spot for second monitor.

Other Thoughts: Not an official card for dual monitors on low profile systems but, since nobody makes one specifically for this purpose, it does a good job all things considered.

5 out of 5 eggsOffice Computing W/ DVI

Pros: PCIe x16 which has DVI for a crisp digital display. This card works great on an office computer I built that needed a digital display for photoshop use. Also works well for low-profile gaming.

Cons: DO NOT use this for any intense gaming, as it won't do the job.

Other Thoughts: If you need DVI (white cable) for your monitor, this is the best bang for the buck. Also does not need a separate power like some newer PCIe cards.
