Perfect cheap upgrade!!!

Worked in my 5 year old Dell Dimension 8100 without a hitch
- Cons: None
- Other Thoughts: I bought this to simply extend the life of my 8100 for another year while I watch the Core Duo/Quad procs, SLI video cards, SLI mobos, and Memory prices come down. This card allows me to play all the games that I couldn't play at a reasonable framerate for the past year. I should have upgraded a lot sooner rather than getting those crummy ATI cards from Walmart. This cheap upgrade will extend the usefulness of my computer for another 3-5 years minimum (useful meaning as a secondary computer next year) Newegg reviews help a lot!!!
Pipes not unlockable
- Pros: small, somewhat overclockable, makes my small form-factor dell at my office think it's a gaming machine
- Cons: not pipe-expandable like some other 6200 cards (more fyi, than con...)
- Other Thoughts: Note that this card uses the 44 chipset and not the 43, making it the "TurboCache" model. Some 6200 cards use the same 43 chip as in the 6600 which means that they can be overclocked to open up to the same number as pipes as the 6600 (i.e. it's really a 6600 in disguise). However, this card is NOT one of these as it sports the newer, 44 chipset. It can be overclocked, but the number of pipes can't be increased.

- Pros: Pretty much plug and play using vista. My LCD view sonic never looked better

If your a gamer do not get this card
- Pros: helps my computer work faster
- Cons: doesn't work well for games, a got this card for age of empires 3 and it worked but the game performance was really bad and didn't work well
