Doesn't come with a VGA adapter, just the card.  You'll have to order one separate.  I can tell you that it's a great card for the money though and its current price you're getting a better deal than me.

Question 2

I have been doing some research into this card and I really like the price on it.  I am trying to figure out if the 250x will crossfire with the a10-7850k apu.  I read that the 240 and the 250 cards will, but does that also include the 250x to be compatible with a10-7850k in hybrid crossfire?  any input and redirects are greatly appreciated.  I have set a budget of (up to) $140 so if I have to (and will get better performance than with crossfire) I will go with a better card.  ThankYou!

It should work well.  I think the "X" just notes that it's a more powerful card than the 250 (more GPU cores).  The 250 can run solely off PCI power while the 250X has a 6 pin plug in.  I have a A10-5800K and upon inserting this card and installing the drivers my BIOS (MSI) showed the graphics card in dual mode with the APU's 7660.  To be honest the 250X is a beast by itself, so I disabled the graphics on the APU and am just running the card until I get some faster RAM.

With the new Radeon software AMD has, you should see whether or not you're running in Crossfire pretty quickly.

I am wondering if this card would be compatible with an AMD A10-7860K APU so i can use dual graphics  from my APU and GPU if yes great but if not could you tell me a card that would be compatible?

It should be fine.  Just a note, the new Nvidea cards come out in less than 2 weeks.  Way more bang for the buck.  The 1070 will be more powerful than the Titan X and is supposed to cost $379.  It should be about 5-6 times as strong as this card for 3 1/2 times the price.
