4 out of 5 eggsBest bang for your buck

Pros: GRATE CARD!!!! I own 2 of these and use them in SLI together they are on par with a GTX 580, 1 of them = a GTX 285. Not many games can max out one of these cards. They say the 560ti is a good bang for your buck, this card is even better. 60FPS+ with 2 of these in crysis. Grate overclock, I was able to get to 835 on the core. They do not take much power.

Cons: CHEAP FAN!!! The fan is very flimsy and poorly made as well as the plastic covering the heatsink. When playing for a while it makes my case heat up causing a burning plastic smell to come from the heatsink cover. It does not melt the plastic though. Over all the cards are grate!!!

Other Thoughts: If your lucky you can find them on cragslist for around $100. If you can find 2 it would be like paying $200 for the performance of a 580 witch is a $400-$500 card.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome deal!

Pros: Performance per dollar is just unbeatable. Better than a GTX 550 Ti for lot less cash.
Power-effecient and cool, great for SLI

Cons: Rebate process is a bit laborious. (Though it did arrive in about a months time)
Does not dispense bacon.

Other Thoughts: It's only negligibly slower than the 1GB version while being much cheaper. I'm going to pick up another for SLI.

Rebate applies to two cards per person, props to Galaxy for that.

Some reviews say this card is loud... That has not been my experience. Maybe it depends on how effective your ventilation is? I'm not sure, but I haven't had a problem with noise. It's much quieter than the BFG GTS 250 it replaced.

5 out of 5 eggsRebate makes it best price/performance card out there

Pros: -$80 with the rebate? Seriously ridiculously low price.
-Overclock monster
-Still runs cool
-768mb isn't as big of a handicap as some may say

Cons: -Fan is Hoover vacuum loud at 100%
-Other vendor's gtx 460's may overclock a little higher (I'm reaching for cons here)?

Other Thoughts: Running with an Athlon II X4 @ 3.7ghz (another overclock monster). After much tinkering and testing, my card is BF3 stable at 850mhz core and 2200mhz memory. Running all settings high (except textures sadly had to be set to medium because of some lagging) with MSAA off and I get average frame rates in the around 60 in multi-player per FRAPS.

The o/c equated to a 18.3% improvement in 3DMark Vantage or anywhere from 17-19% frame rate improvement within the benchmark.

3 out of 5 eggs

Pros: powerful enough for pretty much any game

Cons: HDMI port isnt reliable
Has a burning smell when it hits 70c

Other Thoughts: I needed a card with an HDMI 1.4 port to connect to a 3dtv, that is the only port I use. The problem is that the construction of the HDMI port stinks and oddly I have to jiggle the cable to get the TV to see the signal a lot. This ONLY happens when waking the computer or switching to the computer input on the TV. The picture never cuts out when Im using it for some reason, probably HDCP related. A new HDMI cord that was a tighter fit helped a lot but its still a very touchy connection where I have to jiggle it just right for the picture to stay on. The first time it happened I thought the computer died and I took everything apart and swapped PSUs trying to diagnose it.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card

Pros: Easy to install
Pretty much configures itself
Comes with a VGA adapter if you have an old monitor
It fly's on anything but the most advanced games

Cons: The fan is a little loud. I guess that is to be expected.
The rebate doesn't need to be as difficult as Galaxy makes it. Even without the rebate it was a good deal though.

Other Thoughts: This card works great. For under $100 I doubt anyone could expect any more from a graphics card.

5 out of 5 eggsPretty Good

Pros: It can run most games on high-ultra. Using an E-GeForce 8600 512MB for PhysX. Great card for the price, and idles arund 45C, with max of 55C.

Cons: It is a bit hot, but nothing to be concerned about. Feels a bit cheap and plasticy.

Other Thoughts: Phenom II X6 1090T, 8GB DDR2, ASRock A770DE+

1 out of 5 eggsDo Flames or Smoke Come First?

Pros: Price w/rebate.

Cons: The card in first slot burst into flames setting off my smoke detector. Took several days to air out the house to get rid of the burnt plastic smell. Also, the customer service representative was rude and confrontational. I had to start yelling to get a RMA

Other Thoughts: After one of two cards burst into flames, I monitored temperatures more closely. This card is supposedly a SLI solution but the top card runs fifty to sixty degrees higher even with very good case air flow and two 120 MM fans blowing cool air from outside directly on the cards. I was forced to use a 18 inch fan on medium to keep the temperature below 100 C degrees. Not wanting to lose my system board and components, replaced it with a different brand.

5 out of 5 eggsBest of the 400 series bar none

Pros: Have been running the 768mb version for well over a year now. At an oc of 850/1700/2150. Applied my own thermal paste for peace of mind. But this thing is a rock star!Really dont understand why some people are having issues.. Getting bad cards off the line is possible. But the first one i had was at 1000mhz core! sometimes it takes a little knowledge, and some tweaking.

Cons: Absolutely none...

Other Thoughts: Must have other hardware that is decently up to date as well. cant throw in a new card on an old single core platform and expect fireworks..wont happen

5 out of 5 eggsGreat card

Pros: It has never been above 71ºc and I can typically play Bad Company 2 without breaching 65º--that is extremely impressive for such a quiet fan. My previous card was a 4850 which IDLED at 85º. The difference this makes for the cooling of all the components in my case is amazing (except the stupid Northbridge.) I think this is the best just-below-mainstream card since the Ti4200.

Cons: Definitely takes a performance hit with the extras turned on; in Bad Company 2 with my setup it will drop 20-25% of the framerate going from 1xAA to 8x. With full settings (32xAA and HBAO) it loses much more, from 90-120fps down to 45-70fps . Still playable but it depends on the amount of action on screen--particles from explosions/dirt flying kill it more than anything else. But in multiplayer my concern is smooth framerate, no smooth edges, so this hit isn't a big deal at all to me.

Other Thoughts: Looking forward to seeing how my current setup works with BF3.

Considering an SLI setup but will need a new PSU :(
