Pros: If you are looking to upgrade and need a simple low cost video card to do it, this is it. Installed in an old Dell 4600 I was installing Windows 7 on. Plug and play. No fan and no noise.
If you need a general use card or are looking to upgrade a system with PCI slots, then this is it.

Cons: Not so much a con, but between this and the Samsung monitor I have it hooked up to it appears that it could certainly do smoother looking video. Its a bit noisy (video noise). That said it may be a setting I have yet to have tweaked.

Pros: Bought this card to bring an old PC to life and it's doing that job fantastically. Currently powering an Acer 22 inch LCD, and looks great

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Haven't tried to play any games, but I guess this card isn't really meant for that.
