3 out of 5 eggsGood Performance, Unfortunate Reliability

Pros: It is as advertised and works great. Excellent performance for rendering and games on the side. Quiet. Three year warranty.

Cons: Tiny fan, in-case exhaust. Memory failed after two years.

Other Thoughts: The memory on the card failed after two years of regular use, but comes with a three year warranty. I contacted support via email explaining my situation. The card failed QA+ tests and froze randomly at normal temperatures. It was clear the card needed to be replaced. It took four days for them to email back and simply gave me the RMA instructions. AMD does not give you a shipping label like eVGA would, you have to ship it to them yourself. That's fine except the RMA facility is in Thornhill, ON, Canada. You have to ship it UPS/DHL/FedEx only which ended costing me $91 at the very cheapest to ship the card. Video cards are a common component to fail and good customer support is a must-have when looking for a new card. Do not buy this card unless you live in Canada or drop it off on their doorstep yourself. Find a brand with a better RMA process.

2 out of 5 eggsUnsatisfied

Pros: Worked great for 14 months. I'm a SolidWorks user. (3D CAD)

Cons: After 15 months it quit outputting to my second monitor. Their tech support was pretty much useless. I'm switching over to Nvidia. A card should give you more than 15 months service.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent for RemoteFX

Pros: We've had some trouble getting some decent results with HyperV + RemoteFX on a VDI Infrastructure we've set up here, but we bought a couple of these to upgrade some other FirePro cards and wow - what a difference. Needless to say the VMs output video with no problems and also render graphics very well over RDP. Excellent.

Cons: They seem to run a little hot but it might be the server they are crammed in to.

Other Thoughts: We have two of them and they are working good so far.

5 out of 5 eggsVery well made.

Pros: Overall very well constructed graphic card. No problem at all, works as it supposed to work. Have 2 of them working trough CrossFireX for rendering video. Doesn't require additional power supply.

Cons: Could be less expensive...

Other Thoughts: Works well on ASUS Z9 PE-D8 WS Mother board.

5 out of 5 eggsRMA

Pros: I had to send my card back for an RMA to Canada... I thought it was going to take forever. I sent it USPS and it took 5 days to reach the boarder, clear customs, and be delivered the warehouse - I was tracking it online.

The next day I had the card in my hand via DHL.

So I gotta say I am impressed.

Cons: Well, sending an RMA to Canada is international mail, kind of sucks but it worked.

Other Thoughts: Hopefully, no more issues.

1 out of 5 eggsDied

Pros: Seemed to work rather well, for a while.

Cons: Didn't last very long, about 4 months. Hard to find the AMD support numbers and it was a waste of time calling them.

I got the standard too bad, no diagnostics, no suggestion other than swap the card and see if the new one works. That is a good diagnostics tool *if you have another card. I had an old ATI card and yes it worked.

Then I was told to fill out the warranty card online, which I did, and there is not indication when or if anyone will ever really respond. I will keep this updated on the progress.

1) 7/22/2013 11:45 am called AMD
2) 7/22/2013 12:00 filled out the online warranty
3) 7/22/2013 12:05 got a ping back email from AMD saying they got my request.

Other Thoughts: ARGH!

5 out of 5 eggsok with 1gb c4d file

Pros: I haven't been using this for more then a week yet but I have opened up a 1gb file in cinema 4d that was displaying pretty well. I don't have much to compare with but things were surprisingly smooth for that large a file (with just geometry that is)

Cons: not sure yet
