Nothing - no adapters at all. You need to purchase *active* Mini-DP to DVI or VGA adapters.

Will this function with Windows 8.1 or 10?

There appear to be drivers for win8.1 but nothing yet for win10 on the manufacturers website.

I wish to purchase VG248QE it runs at 144Hz, would this be able to support 6 of those at those speeds?

Accepted Answer

I cannot confirm 1080p @ 144hz is a supported mode. However, it can drive 4 times that number of pixels @ 60hz for each of the six displays connected to it so the math works out for supporting That kind of throughput.  That said, given the type of panel you are selecting i suspect this for a gaming rig. In which case you may wish to choose a different card whose purpose is gaming not simply screen real estate.

Can i connect 3 boards to one PC? 
I need to use 16 screens connected to the same computer.
Motherboard to uses will be Asus Rampage V

Yes you should be able to if you have 3 open PCI-E slots. They will not do SLI with each other, but should operate independently.
Also watch out or proper cooling/air/water flow!

It says in that doc that 12 or more screens are supported.
" Using only one workstation or desktop with multiple AMD FirePro™ cards, it is possible to create scalable video-walls with 12 or more screens. "

this model is a little dated so i was wondering is this model crossfire compatible and if yes how many can it crossfire in a single pc and for optimal performance how many of this product is suggested for video game development and desgin?

To answer your question of is crossfire compatible: yes. How many? I'm not sure. I suppose as many crossfire cards your motherboard will support.
