Quite nice
- Pros: -Nice sticker, no "scantly clad ladies"
-Ok price -I find the stock cooler "sexier" than the aftermakets that MSI and others use, that black plastic with the green GeForce logo on the side is very nice -Far Cry 2 as a pack in -55nm -Copy of Futuremark Vantage Advanced included -Two 6 pin PCIE to Molex adapters included...good touch, perfect for people like me who only have one pair of PCI-E connectors but have a beefy PSU that will handle SLi.
- Cons: -Can't seem to activate my copy of Vantage
-Not OC'd(but this is cheap, so not a huge deal)
- Other Thoughts: If this was OC'd,even by 30mhz core, I would give it 5 eggs.
Build Antec 900 ECS X58-A Black 6 gig OCZ Platinum 640 GB WD Caviar Black i7 920 (4ghz) Xigmatek Dark Knight
No Complaints!
- Pros: Excellent performance; stays cool; Zotac Firestorm is a great alternative to Evga's Precision tool; great price; bundled with Far Cry 2; good potential for overclocking
- Cons: No step-up program like Evga (but who cares, I already knew that anyhow); otherwise, no cons at all.
- Other Thoughts: Right after I bought this card a few weeks ago, it was discontinued by Newegg. Kind of weird...
Great Card 2 Free games
- Pros: This card bosted my pc's performance by alot. I can run crysis at high settings and get 30 fps when i was barely getting 11 with my 8800 gt.
- Cons: none
- Other Thoughts: Makes my computer a powerful space heater.
