5 out of 5 eggsDoes the job

Pros: Fits with no problems, all necessary screws included.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Just make sure your power supply cables reach each of the SATA devices easily (found out the hard way).

4 out of 5 eggsIt works.

Pros: It works and holds the hard drive in place.
It's very sturdy and does not seem to give at all.
Comes with it's own screws for installation.

Cons: It does not line up with my case's internal 3.5 drive holes so I had to take up a variable external 3.5 drive for it... Which makes all my internal drive spots useless.... May just buy a hot swap external casing for this instead as it would do the same thing and offer quicker hard drive swapping.

1 out of 5 eggsWas Not Worth The Time

Pros: None

Cons: Two glaring problems that I noticed right away were:

1) One of the brackets arrived bent, making it nearly impossible to fasten to the drive properly.

2) Even if the brackets were not bent and were able to connect perfectly, the screw holes that are used to connect it to the case/drive housing are not large enough to fit screws through. To be specific, the Antec Nine Hundred case comes with long screws to hold the drive to the drive bay. These screws are a relatively normal thread size, but only small threading screws are able to fit through these screw holes. Even in perfect condition, these brackets would have done nothing with small screw holes.

Other Thoughts: After coming to the realization that these brackets were not going to work, I used a spare pair of mounting brackets that I had set to the side for another build. These brackets worked perfectly. They were not bent and the screw holes and threading were perfect. The difference between products was like night and day.

I do realize that a very basic drive bay housing, such as a thin basic metal that comes in cheap/older cases, would allow me to use small threading screws to fit in these holes, but should this product really be limited to what cases to use this in when other mounting brackets aren't an issue?

5 out of 5 eggsOK

Pros: Well made, despite very low price.
Also, metal (not plastic), as usual for such brackets 2*2.5" drives fit.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I paid for & was told by ordering system "3 days UPS/Fedex" delivery. Actuaklly I got this item in 24 hours! Newegg impressed me to no end, I was actually walking to several stores (physical, not Internet) before finding proper bracket here, if I knew this would be delivered in ONE (1) day I wouldn't waste time with other stores.
It appears Newegg has several warehouses one of which happens to beb near my work? ONE DAY despite me paying for slow 3 day deliver, thanks!
