5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Price (with rebate and coupon code), 650W, 80+ Bronze, Quiet

Cons: Not-modular? Non-sleeved leads? But I knew that when I bought it.

Other Thoughts: Not too many "unnecessary" power leads. Good blend for a main rig, not necessarily for a server build. Works with the other components I bought.

5 out of 5 eggslittle jewel

Pros: 80+bronze at 80+gold performance, 50amp 12v rail, 5yr warranty, great spacing on the sata line and the positive reviews on this company and this particular psu. Good enough cable length for bottom mounted psu's, an 8pin ext cable was used because of the length of that....balh blah blah. I only saw one psu in the 650w flavor that bragged it had an extra long 8pin cord to run behind the mobo tray, but this psu is better.

Cons: Newegg and the FSP website states that the 5v rail is only 13.5amps, but the label on the psu shows 25. The sata line and molex line are not sleeved.

Other Thoughts: I needed to upgade a 550w dual 12v rail psu after upgrading a rig instead of building a new one. I researched the who's who in the psu building business and I reviewed this particular psu. Both reviews were outstanding. A 5yr warranty is nothing to hiss at!! 80+gold rating on a bronze psu is nothing to sneeze at, just don't overtax it or use it's full capabilities. Read the reviews and decide for yourself if this is for you. They make a 750 and above version. I got this for 70 bones and after ship......78.25. I'm happy with that!
