Pros: Received the burner this AM from Newegg. Great price and fast delivery. Installed in about 10 minutes in place of the existing burner. Installation was flawless and within a few minutes burned my first data disc, about 20gb. 35 minutes to completion. I have purchased to burn HD home video, which I will start making in a couple of days.
Cons: To early to identify yet, however my previous Pioneer experience would lead me to be very positive in outlook. Instruction manual is pathetic, however actual installation is straight forward if you have a Sata interface. The software worked especially the data burning component.

Pros: Works as advertised, no failed burns.
Cons: Nothing bad thus far
Other Thoughts: Stop looking, buy it. If you have a solid rig and appropriate software (anydvd hd+imgburn=good times) this will do just fine burning blu-ray's.
