2 out of 5 eggsIT SUCKS!!!

Pros: It has LED lights, The cable sleeves are a nice cobalt blue, and the Apevia logo is made of a chrome plate. It looks good.

Cons: Its has a horrible sound to it, a high pitch coil whining sound. I've been getting BSOD from my graphics card, The power supply is not supplying enough power to the graphics card. I have a gtx 760 4gb with 680w that should be plenty enough power. Overall the power supply is cheaply made and not worth the 60 dollars. Spend a couple of dollars more and buy a 80plus bronze certified.

Other Thoughts: I hate it.

4 out of 5 eggsNo problems here.

Pros: I have two EVGA e-GeForce 7950 GT KO Superclocked in SLI, ABIT AN9 32X AM2 NVIDIA nForce 590 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard, AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Windsor 2.6GHz 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 Dual-Core Processor, Kingston 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel, as well as two HDD and a disk drive and i have not loaded the PSU at all even while playing intense games such as TF2 and many others.

Cons: None so far... So far.

Other Thoughts: I gave this one a four because I have not owned it long enough to give it a proper judgment and it is not crossfire supported and my next upgrade may take me to ATI.

5 out of 5 eggsTotally Great PSU

Pros: This PSU is great... I have one and its lasted at least a year and it has run FLAWLESSLY. I'm running with 2 7900GTX's and an E6600, 2gb of DDR2 1066 RAM with something like 4 cathodes and and a bunch a fans and more lights XD never have I had a problem...

Cons: Perhaps too good of a deal?? lol jk NONE

Other Thoughts: Way to go ASPIRE on the response lol hahaha I plan to keep using these power supplies because they work great, are reliable, and they are looking good;)

1 out of 5 eggsCrooked wattage rating

Pros: In a perfect Never-Never Land this unit could provide 300-380 watts. It's rated at what-20 to 24 amps maximum for each rail. If you're lucky you'll get 16A each rail when combined for a total of 32 A. This would provide a draw of 384 watts maximum. I'm guessing 350W.

Cons: NEWEGG should screen their vendor hype more carefully.

Other Thoughts: Half the people in the world are below average.

Manufacturer Response:

Each rail can provide UP TO 24A if the other 12V rail is not drawing the available power. Also the combined amperage is 28A. Adding rails together is not accurate.

2 out of 5 eggsGah

Pros: looks great, nice lighting, colored sleeving is nice, 2 fans....120mm intake is super. fan speed control works great, nice power handling

Cons: went out after a year, i knew something was up all along though. When under load, sometimes it would just shut off. It wasn't running hot and i wasn't pulling too much, just was unstable i guess. then after a year it just stopped.

Other Thoughts: Wish it would have worked out, i liked it. Replaced it with a Raidmax modular system, lower wattage but super stable and you can store the leads you don't need.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Product

Pros: This has worked great for over a year and a half now. This works excatly as described.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: This was running my XP 3000+, 1.5 GB DDR400, 9700 Pro, 2 DVD Burners / 6 Hard Drive system with no hiccups. This will now run my 4600X2, 7600 GT, 3 GBs of DDR800, 1 DVD burner and the same 850 GBs of HD space. Great product.

2 out of 5 eggsGood idea......

Pros: On paper it looks great! It has all the connectors you could want, 680watts, cool lights, and long leads. It should have been perfect for my tower.

Cons: DOA. Need I say any more? I RMA'd it and if the replacement works I will probably use it as an emergency backup. I won't put my faith in a product that is DOA.

Other Thoughts: Newegg is great with shipping, customer service, and RMA. I could understand a failure after a short time but NOT an out of box failure.

4 out of 5 eggsPretty, Runs Great

Pros: The blue led's are pretty, and the fact that is comes with 3 total fans is nice for cooling. Plus, the shielded cables look nice and make management a breeze compared to other PSU's. Plus, it matches my Aspire Cruiser-X case :-)

Cons: A little big for a small or even mid-size case. Also, doesn't run quite as quietly as I'd like. That might be because I just switched from an antec truepower trio and that was pretty much silent (newegg had a better price on this one).

Other Thoughts: If you're looking for a beefy PSU that's a bit more than your average grey box with a mess of wires, this is for you. It doesn't sound like a jet taking off in your room, but it does run just a little loudly. Overall, though, I'm really happy with it.
