5 out of 5 eggsSolid performance

Pros: I've had this for 2 years now and it's still going strong and quiet. I've only cleaned it a few times a year and it still sounds exactly like it did brand new. The fan does a good job of venting heat plus it has plenty of connectors and more than enough watts for an average system.

Cons: I bought it at a more expensive price...

Other Thoughts: I think some people have more sensitive ears than others which is why they complain about a high pitch whine. I've never noticed any whining. I can't even hear the PSU because my case fans are louder.

5 out of 5 eggsSolid work horse

Pros: I like having the wires wrapped in the mesh. It looks nicer and keeps everything from mixing around in the tower. Power to spare for my upgrades in the lesser of my 2 towers and I have a 650w in my main tower from SeaSonic too. Solid PSUs and very quiet.

Cons: The wires can be on the bulky side, but they have everything you may need for expansions.

Other Thoughts: Ultra quiet.

5 out of 5 eggs2 Years, Still Going Strong

Pros: this thing is a work horse, and it's built like a tank. it's practically silent, the only thing quieter is a passive PS. cabling is nice and long for all size cases. all cables are wrapped in a nice mesh wire for cosmetics and design.

Cons: i can only list one con, and it's a very specific one. i have an Antec 1200 case and it's extremely difficult to fit the cabling behind the motherboard tray, because it's so thick. theres a door on the other side of the case with a small gap, where you're supposed to do all your cable management. the thickness of these cables makes it nearly impossible. i would suggest the modular design of this PS if you want to do any sort of cable management... because theres ALOT of cable here.

5 out of 5 eggsyay seasonic

Pros: It works. Nice 12V rail. 120mm fan. Awesome warranty.

Cons: Not much room really to upgrade for me, should have spent a little more and got a 600+watt.

Other Thoughts: Seasonic makes amongst the best power supplies on the market. You pay a little more but it is definitely worth it.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Awesome power supply. Unless you are running dual GPUs you wont need anything more than this.

HDD Seagate Barracuda 250 GB 7200 RPM
RAM Corsair 2 X 2GB DDR2
MOBO ASUS P5Q Pro
CPU Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 3.16Ghz
GPU Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 512MB

Thats what I have and it has a lot of power to spare, even if close to over-clocking.

Cons: None so far.

5 out of 5 eggsQuiet, affordable, flexible

Pros: Usually nearly silent, plenty of cabling and connectors, plenty of power, efficient, stable, looks great (except I can't see it in the case I have it installed in... oh well), I can plug it in anywhere in the world, great warranty.

Cons: Too much cabling if anything - I probably should have gotten the modular version. My Lian-Li A05 case barely has room for all of it, but it's a small case. This power supply occasionally makes a ticking noise that is only audible because of how quiet this power supply is. Now that it's hidden in the bowels of my case since I installed it in the A05, I can never hear it at all. There is no PSU monitoring connector, though it really doesn't need it because the fan is so good.

Other Thoughts: There is a LARGE bunch of cabling on this p/s. If you don't have room for a lot of cabling, get the modular version! A lot of people seem to have reported this "ticking". I don't find it at all distracting, in fact even when this p/s was installed in a larger, conventional case, I didn't notice it, my friend did, and pointed it out to me. (He was sitting on the other side of my case and could hear it better).

5 out of 5 eggshearing is believing

Pros: silence, blessed silence.

Cons: Cable management. Everything is sleeved in thick sleeves making it trickier to be neat.

Other Thoughts: I replaced a cheapo PSU with this because I wanted to quiet my system down. It certainly did the trick. Now I hear the CPU Fan, graphics fan and HD's.
Seems to be a great PSU, so far.

5 out of 5 eggsFileserver PSU - excellent buy

Pros: Pros: very quiet, solid caps. feels like quality, and never had an issue with a 24/7/365 fileserver it's been powering for a year+. rail output rock stable.

config: E6600 @ 2.67ghz, DFI P35-T2RL, 4x1GB corsair dominator xms2, 6x500GB WD RE2 + 80GB Seagate boot drive.

Cons: Cons: was pricey when i bought it. still chose the seasonic. as others have stated they ODM for antec and use even better quality components.

Other Thoughts: I've been running this PSU for over a year and it is a quality unit. This is one of 3 seasonic s12 500w PSUs I have used for builds in the past year alone - all 3 are still operating without fault. I have never, ever heard the whine others have reported. If it is a manufacturing issue, it apparently isn't a common one.
