What is this power supply rated for its constant wattage?

Google "psu certification colors" and go from there.

I couldn't find it in the specs, is this 535w peak or constant?

Like with all power supplies, the 535 W rating is the maximum amount of power that it is rated to be able to support within the computer. It might be able to power more but you run a greater risk of ruining your gear.
