5 out of 5 eggsGood enough for me

Pros: Works and arrived as advertised. Seems nice and quiet.

Cons: Can't think of any and as of now, only time will tell. Over 1 month so far.

Other Thoughts: Bought this for a slim HP case that used some weird "L" shaped PSU. This was the only thing I could find that was less than the $70 HP parts store wanted and fitted, mostly. I used cable ties to hold it and there is a 1.5" gap, but OH well, I will just blow out the dust more often.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat For the $$

Pros: Cheap. Works great for the new AMD AM1. An adapter plate is needed for some cases. Fits The SFF cases like SS perfect!

Cons: none yet

Other Thoughts: none

5 out of 5 eggsNotice: "STX" NOT "ATX"

Pros: works well, no complaints. nuf said.

Cons: ...

Other Thoughts: I was drowsy when I ordered this and I didn't notice the form factor. This PSU is STX not ATX. Totally my fault for ordering the wrong one.

5 out of 5 eggsIt works

Pros: -Tested good and works well
-Price
-Quiet

Cons: -Size...Not gonna knock an egg off for this as it is my fault for not looking over the dimensions.
-The fan isn't a super long lasting design but I'm putting this in an old dead HP to get it by for a year or two more.

Other Thoughts: A coworker needed vital tax docs off of his old HP for his business and was curious if I could get it running as opposed to taking it the joke of a local shop that charges a fortune to not even fix the problem. I extracted the data first then I ordered this PSU. I was surprised to find that it is quite...small. I need to look a little harder before just clicking that buy button.
I did however buy this because it was cheap and had the exact connections I needed to swap out of the old HP I was raising the from the dead. My buddy didn't care how it looked at all. He was just happy it was running again especially after I cleaned up his OS.

Good buy. Just remember, it's a small form factor lol derp

New PC est.: $400-600 (my cheap solid custom build)
Shoddy PC shop: $300+ for nothing
Me: $20

3 out of 5 eggsShakey

Pros: Well priced ITX sized PSU. It supplies power.

Cons: The fan (or something inside) after only a week is making a high pitched buzzing sound. Wiggling the power cable changes the buzzing frequency a bit which worries me. I might be drawing too much power as it's replacing a 300W'er, but 1 HD and a 65W proc should be within it's abilities.

Other Thoughts: The next available PSE was about 80-90 dollars so the choice was made by necessity.

1 out of 5 eggspower source

Pros: No pros on this model

Cons: Dead after 2 weeks and replacement dead out of the box.

Other Thoughts: I was replacing the power source on y computer. The one I was replacing was a cheap model so I decide to go higher end to make sure it would last. I had this installed and it worked like a champ for 2 weeks before it died. I thought maybe I just got a bad unit so I ordered a new unit. I tried to install this one but it had no power straight from the box. 2 units same brand same model both bad I'm going back to the cheaper model that lasted for 3 years!

5 out of 5 eggsSUPER FAST SHIPPING

Pros: This is a Direct replacement to the exact PSU that failed.
Without it, Entire Machine would have to be transfered to a Mid tower Atx, Given that its an atom Chip I figured its a good investment to bring back a solid board. was at my door next day after ordering.

Cons: Size of PSU in design phase leaves a lot of thermal issues to be concerned with, but if well maintained I see No Problem using this PSU. just be sure that the Thin Fan in Power supply stays Operational, replace if needed, and i see no difference in this PSU compared to any other atx Power supply out there, It meets the size spec they issued, and there is no complaints.

1 out of 5 eggsNot worth it

Pros: Has input filtering...

Cons: I work at a small tech company and we use these PSU's in ISF builds. These PSU's are pathetic. They are made by Deer, a consistently low quality manufacturer. What happens with these things is the cheap Sleeve Bearing fan dies, and since the power supply doesn't have OTP (Over Temp Protection) it will continue to run until something in the unit dies, which is usually the primary transistors. They usually last a year before the bearing dies and that's with a low load Atom build that doesn't create much heat. The efficiency is HORRIBLE, it averages 67% so the more you run on this the faster the fan will die

5 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU for HTPC

Pros: Quiet. Cheap. Works flawlessly in my HTPC for 6 months.

Cons: No on/off switch, if this bothers you

Other Thoughts: Has only 1 SATA connector, which was enough for me. More can be added with an adaptor.

Make sure it's got right connectors for your build.
