Pros: This does exactly what it says. It was built for older machines that was weren't game behemoths or Window's 7 capable. I would even go as far to suggest to computers from the "Pre-SATA" era even though it does come with one SATA plug.
It runs quiet, and never had any problem running anything on the computer I installed it for.
Cons: None that I can think of; if you come into the expectations that this power supply isn't built for super computers then you'll walk away happy. If you try to put it on something that requires more power than it can handle your either gonna blow it or it won't run, simple as that.
Other Thoughts: I used this power for a computer repair job I had for my business (I won't put a link here because I don't want to advertise on another website [I'm not a troll that would do something like that] ) and I feel if I have to fix another computer that runs in that range, I'll glad buy another one. I'm completely satisfied with the product.

Pros: Cheap
Cons: definitely a cheap peice of dodo...burned up in less than 60 days. Last time I'll ever go that cheap. I just hope it didn't kill the mother board or hard drive when it caught fire. Good thing we were right there or it would have burned the house down.

Pros: none
Cons: came to me bundled with a mid tower case and as a no tech person spent 3 days trying to get the connections to match up, gave up and brought the whole shebang to a tech shop 2 hours later they called me and asked if I left any connectors behind, to make it a short story I bought a new 500watt power supply from them and trashed this one. It's useless unless you want a paperweight.
