- Pros: Have used these power supplies in dozens of systems over the past two years and I have never had a failed or DOA unit. Excellent construction and weight. Generous amount of high quality connectors. Extremely quiet fan. Not only have I sold these to customers, but I have one of these in my home server and am very satisfied.
- Cons: No PCIe connector. This is a shame because even with only an 18A and a 16A 12v rail, this PSU could power lower end gaming systems.
Great!
- Pros: Works great, I have had 2 Hard drives, 2 dvd roms, a 1k series ati gfx card, c2d 2.4 ghz, around 4 fans and it was all powered by this little monster!
- Cons: ordered 3, 1 came DOA.
Good deal
- Pros: Lot's of cables for all sorts of devices, dual 12V rails for my dual core system; relatively quiet.
- Cons: Not a whole lot of power, but for my basic system (65W AMD dual core, one HDD, one optical, no extra power needed for video) it's more than enough. I only mention it because if you're building a higher end system, especially with multiple HDD or externally powered or SLI graphics, then you probably want more wattage than this.
- Other Thoughts: I've had this waiting to go for some time, I've only had it installed a week now (didn't have much free time lately). Haven't had any problems and am very happy. It was for system rebuild to try to make the whole thing more quiet, and I'm very happy with the results.
