Yes, it will fit. To confirm, go to the manufacturers product page and near the bottom are tabs for Specs, Recommendations, Reviews, etc... Click on Recommendations tab and this power supply is at the top. I also suggest downloading the PDF for the case and read it before hand. This is a low profile case and a tall CPU cooler may not work. I have the stock Intel i5 CPU cooler on mine and it runs a bit warm. A standard video card may not fit either. I also suggest putting in the 80mm case fans along the right side. One forum suggested the first 3 blowing in and the fourth one in the back sucking air out.

Can this be a true replacement for Dell OptiPlex 760/755 and fits in the system?

Also does this model has 3 SATA output connector?

The one I bought has 4 SATA power connections. As far as a "True Replacement" for your Dell OptiPlex 760/755 you will have to be the judge of that and look up the specs for the Dell power supply and compare to the specs listed here @ Newegg for this power supply. From what I've seen in ready made computer assemblies (Dell, HP, Compaq, etc.), do yourself a favor and buy a power supply that has a higher Wattage capacity than what is in your Dell.  Ready made computer power supplies are almost always barely capable of powering the computer. When I fix other peoples computers it's either the power supply or the Motherboard that's shot. Don't think that because a power supply is rated for 500 or 700 or 1000 watts that that's what is being used by the computer. The power supply only provides enough wattage to power what it is  connected to. If the power supply in your Dell says it is a 400 your better off buying a 500 watt, it will last longer.
    If what your really worried about is will this power supply fit in your Dell box? Then yes it will. ALL ATX power supplies are the same size and have the same screw hole orientation for mounting in computer enclosures regardless of who's name is on the box.
