Pros: Right size. High power rating.

Cons: The mounting holes on the back panel don't line up with my case. I don't know if this is a problem with the power supply or the case.

Other Thoughts: This supply worked great right out of the box. The fan wasn't too loud, but it is audible. What do you expect for a 300W PSU in this form factor? Except for the misaligned mounting hole, I am very happy with this purchase.

Pros: Was the right size and was cheap. A good replacement for HP mediasmart servers.

Cons: Did not work at all. Was DOA.

Other Thoughts: Replaced a Flex ATX out of a HP media smart. It didnt even turn on. But a great alternative for HP mediasmart servers. Why spend 100's for those listed on e-bay. This fit, just didnt power on.
