4 out of 5 eggsGreat PSU

Pros: -Whisper quiet. Even more silent than that!
-Plenty of power

Cons: -No modular cables
That's a huge deal and I docked an egg for it. My case is cluttered with cables. There is so much that there isn't even enough room in the space behind the motherboard to fit all of them.

Other Thoughts: I would buy it again alongside a pack of plastic ties to hold everything down.

5 out of 5 eggsGood PSU, Great Price

Pros: 1) 1000 Watts
2) "Gold" Certified
3) Very long cables
4) Almost unmatchable price

Cons: 1) Not really "Gold" certified

Other Thoughts: This is a great PSU for the price, if you need lots of power for your build you will be lucky to find a better deal than this one. I was skeptical about the brand at first, but the deal was too tempting and after having used it with my build* for almost a year I am very happy with it. As for not being "Gold" certified, I can't defend or confirm as I am not physically looking at the box, but being at least "Bronze" is better than a standard non-certified 1000W PSU.

3 out of 5 eggsMisleading Name, NOT 80 Plus Gold!

Pros: So far it seems like a good power supply -- 80 Plus Bronze is still reasonable. It's also priced attractively (other 80 Plus Bronze 1000W PSUs cost at least $15-$20 more).

Cons: Totally misleading name, and Newegg was duped as well! I bought this because I truly thought it was an 80 Plus Gold power supply, but the box even says 80 Plus Bronze and 86% efficiency on the back. For a high-end system drawing 500W, that means you use 581W from the outlet (86%) instead of 555W (90%). The reason 80 Plus Gold power supplies cost more is because the quality of the parts is higher in order to reach the last 5% efficiency, so the parts in this PSU are also going to be lower quality.

Other Thoughts: If you're okay with an 80 Plus Bronze power supply, this looks like a fine choice, though I haven't read any in-depth reviews where they really hammer on the PSU to see what it's made of. But BEWARE that despite all of the other reviews saying this is an 80 Plus Gold PSU, the only thing "Gold" about this is the name.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Deal

Pros: Bought this to power a cheap gaming rig with X-fire. Works perfectly. Measured at the wall, it can take a good deal of wattage without stressing. I have access to dozens of different video cards so I tested it out in a quad video setting pulling roughly 880w at the wall..no problems. my average consumption with my setup us around 480w with ~700 peaks during gaming/programming/cad etc.

Cons: not modular, but my setup is in a full tower so no trouble there.

Other Thoughts: The bad reviews came from 2 DOA's so in actuality this is a very good deal considering. I've had $200+ PSU's from name brands that have DOA'd on me before either out of the box or days after purchase, so that's irrelevant.

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT BUY

Pros: ITS 1000 WATTS
This power supply is an amazing find. It's a quality brand, alot of manufacturers use Topower in their builds.

It is also Gold Certified which reassures its quality.

Also come with 6-6pin connectors in case you decideo to do triple SLI.

For the price you really cant go wrong

Cons: This power supply is NOT modular. Be expecting this power supply to have ALOT of cables but nothing you cant fit behind your motherboard.

Other Thoughts: Awesome purchase, got it on sale. Gold certified. Just awesome.

5 out of 5 eggsPower for less $

Pros: Cheap price. Lots of connections. 80 plus GOLD 3year manufactures warranty! Easily overclocks anything I throw at it.I will be buying a few soon.

Cons: UPS let it sit for 2 days at my local hub because I didn't pay for 2 day service even though it arrived in my town 1 day after I ordered it!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat!

Pros: $70 bucks, does exactly what's asked of it. 80+ Gold. Just as good as the $150+ PSU's for half the cost.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Have to hide the extra cables. They give you a few Velcro straps, but you really need more than they give you.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Product

Pros: Great power supply! Runs my DX79SI, i7 3960X, EVGA GTX 680 4G FTW+, and Drives without a hiccup!

The Gold+ Rating is spot on. Quiet well flowing fan included is easy to clean, and the overall build quality is superb.

I am glad I was able to use this instead and sink more $ into my GPU & CPU solutions.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: The paint is done well, and the bolt patter layout is perfect. Silent fan, matched up with the look of my Corsair based system perfectly.

This brand will be following me to my future builds.
