5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Stays cool and quiet while providing 750 watts of power, amazing. Does everything its supposed to. Even though this is plenty more watts then my system needs i decided to go with the extra s i can have room for upgrades.

Cons: Wires are a little stiff. Hard to get around tight places.
When the power cable on the outside is bumped by something it turns off the power to the whole machine. Not a big deal for me because i don't usually go around there.

Other Thoughts: None.

1 out of 5 eggsStick to Cases

Pros: None

Cons: DOA, had RMA done, DOA again

Other Thoughts: I have the TP-750 blue but it was discontinued and this is the same PSU without the blue lighting. The PSU arrived DOA, got an RMA, tested it and it still didn't work and moved on to RMA the motherboard. Got the motherboard and it still didn't work, tested the motherboard on a friends 4 year old PSU and the motherboard began to work. Got a different power supply and attempted to return the Antec one only to learn they don't do refunds unless the the product is bought off there website. Stick to cases Antec because I won't be buying any other hard from you from now on.
PS your customer service sucks

5 out of 5 eggsGood for Medium to High End Gaming

Pros: 750 Watts
Runs cool
Has Plenty of power for most machines
Nice Cabling Design (For the most part)
Modular

Cons: Too many hard wired cables.

Other Thoughts: I would have like more of the cords to be able to be taken off, theres so many extra that I did not need that I had to tie them up in the machine. Just kinda wasted some space. Other than that, this power supply is fantastic and works flawlessly.

5 out of 5 eggsAntec Quality

Pros: I've had very good luck with Antec PSU's in the past and this is the 4th unit I've bought from newegg. From what I've been able to determine on these units they're rebranded SeaSonic so how could you go wrong with that quality at a mere fraction of the price the real deal would cost? Mine went in a Cooler Master HAF 922 and you could throw a party in that case with room left to spare. I picked mine up on sale for 69.99 and every Antec PSU still runs perfectly with the oldest being a Trio-Power 550 purchased in 2005. I'm running an Asrock z77 Pro 4, 3570K overclocked to 4.5Ghz with a Corsair A70 cooler, 16 GB of 4X4 GB Mushkin 2133 Enhanced Black RAM, HIS Radeon 6970, Adata SX 990 128GB SSD and a Samsung F3 1TB HDD in my build and have power left to spare.

Cons: The part is called semi-modular with the most usually used cables not detachable. This wasn't a problem for me as the HAF 922 offers superb cable routing options, but I can see how it could cause a less than clean build for some.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Power Supply

Pros: I own 3 of these now, the oldest from 2009 powering an FX8120 with a CNSP9900 Max Cooler, Biostar TA990FXE mobo, 2 1TB WD blues, 1 TB WD green hard drives, Sapphire HD6950 Vid card, 8 gig's DDR3-1866 Ram, and an LG blu-ray Burner, in an Antec 900 Gamer case. It have had no problems with it. Semi modular, all the cables that aren't plug ins, you will probably use except one, and usually never have to plug in anymore, unless you crossfire or SLI.

Cons: Newegg didn't have them in stock for a while, when I saw that they did, I grabbed 2 more.

Other Thoughts: An Antec older model, but seems to stand the test of time, and has a 5 year warranty. Get'em while they are still around.

4 out of 5 eggsPower Supply Upgrade

Pros: Definitely quieter then my previous power supply and enough power connectors to run both my RAID setups along with my video card and other devices.

Cons: Cable management is kind of tough with this power supply due to the cables being slightly thicker due to design.

While this is partially due to the mid tower it was installed in I had to do some fancy work to prevent the cables from blocking air flow.

1 out of 5 eggsSending it back AGAIN

Pros: It's Modular

Cons: This thing was DOA when I received it. Antec support is always great. Swapped in mail very quickly. The new one has been going up for a couple of months now. System cycles power. It's only got the i7 970, HIS 2gb 6950 and 24gb ram, 3 hdd. Not a real power killer. No crossfire/sli or hard NIC etc. So, i'll put my earthwats 550 back in and get Antec on phone monday, or u guys can email me from here.

Manufacturer Response:
