Can I use a wireless USB dongle with this switch so I don't have to use a iwred usb keyboard or mouse ?

yes, but not as you'd expect. Here is my experience with two devices: - Microsoft Sculpt Keyboard - Logitech Performance MX mouse Neither device works when plugged into the mouse/keyboard USB ports. Both have to be plugged into the USB ports that are switched between devices. This means that you computer will see a plug/unplug event when switching to/from. This is not any issue with my setup nor is losing the standard USB ports that are switched to the computers.

I want to connect 2 computers to same 2 monitors. 1 is personal computer and 1 is work computer. HDMI cables from computer 1 and HDMI and VGA from computer 2. What do I need? thank you, Michael

I don't see an HDMI solution. Look up IOGEAR GCS1642 Use HDMI/DVI cables and a VGA/HDMI cable. Hope that helps!
