Terrible Product, Worse Service

Pros: Very small package; Multiple monitor outputs on each half of device. Black.
Cons: First, I noticed it came with no cables. Plugged it in, worked wonderfully.. for 10 minutes. After ~10 minutes, the video signal goes away, and the only way to get it back, is to unplug the power to the transmitter unit, and plug it back in.
BOTH of the units I purchased had the same problem.
Contacted StarTech. They replaced the units. (only good thing here) New units arrived with same problem. i blamed my cabling. Tried different cable (different manufacturer cable even. all Cat5e) Still had the problem. Tried two different projectors, same problem. Tried different source. Same problem. I contacted StarTech and they said the equivalent of "Hmm. strange. Sucks to be you."
They no longer reply to my support requests, have denied my RMA, and are refusing to help. Thanks for the middle finger StarTech, let me return the favor.
Other Thoughts: I will never buy a startech product again after this horrible experience. This is the new and "better" version of the ST121. It's new enough that they apparently haven't worked out all the bugs.
Oh, I'm only running a 1024x768 signal, and I'm only running it across 100 feet. First set of cable was cat6. When that didn't work, tried cat5e. Same problems.

Pros: Really good quality as far as picture. I use this to run video signal from my HTPC to my projector.
Cons: Looses signal to the projector. You need to unplug the power and plug it in back in to gain your signal back. I had returned the first unit for this reason, but I still got the same results when I received the replacement.
