4 out of 5 eggsso far so good

Pros: solid construction
ports are oriented in a good way
sharp video going to a 70ft connect and a monitor
Works

Cons: Needs a VGA extension cable for video input. Why it can't just use a regulare male/male VGA cable is beyond me. - 1 egg for convenience

Other Thoughts: I tried another brand and got ghosting. As long as this lasts, it should meet my needs. Will update this if it dies on me.

3 out of 5 eggsMust Use Special Cable!

Pros: Great capabilities, solid construction, reasonable price.

Cons: The description says "Uses standard monitor extension cables" it sure does BUT only for the outputs... The input is a male connector so you need a male to female VGA cable which almost nothing else uses. I have to purchase custom cables or at a minimum a female to female adapter.

Other Thoughts: Ultimately it's my own fault - the photos NewEgg provides of the product do show the different connections and I didn't look close enough...
