This versatile HDD enclosure can be connected to a host computer using either USB or eSATA, with support for full hi-speed USB 2.0 data transfer rates of up to 480Mbps, and for eSATA transfer rates of up to 3Gbps - offering the speed needed for your external storage to function seamlessly with your desktop or laptop computer.

Built to provide a durable housing for installed Serial ATA hard drives, the Dual SATA hard drive enclosure features an aluminum casing, which helps to protect against damage while in transit. The aluminum casing also provides additional dissipation of the heat generated by normal drive operation - in turn providing a cooler working environment for installed hard drives.

The hard drive enclosure includes an optional power adapter that can be used as an alternate method of powering drive operation, in contrast to drawing power from a host computer USB connection (also supported).
