2 out of 5 eggsWorked for about a year

Pros: Had all the connectors I needed.
Pretty stable power.

Cons: Died after approx 1 year. I will grant it is possible that it overheated in some way as I have a bottom mount case and it was sitting on carpet. I does have the standard smell of burnt electronics when it dies.

Other Thoughts: I give this PS 2 eggs not so much for the PS as for the Diablotek lack of Customer Service. I contacted them 3 times, 2 by phone and 1 by email. I received 0 support. If you choose to by this and it fails, don't count on any support from the manufacturer. This is my 4th full PC build as well as many other purchases from Newegg. I love Newegg, just not this brand for PS.

5 out of 5 eggsReliable

Pros: These are good, basic Power Supplies for the average, non gaming rig.
Fast shipping from newegg.com and they work with zero issues right out of the box.

Cons: The only con, and it's not really a con, is that these units tend to stink of fresh paint or plastic when you first take them out of the box. But once they are up and running in a PC, there is no smell, and that provide good, solid power for any PC that does not demand high wattage for gaming rigs.

Other Thoughts: I have used these PSU's in several rigs such as HTPC's, home office PC's, and PC's for "normal" home use...E mail, internet, moderate photo editing, watching netflick, making DVD's etc. And not one of them has failed, and this is after 3-4 years of daily use.
If you need a basic power supply for any PC other then a gaming rig, go for it.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Cheap PSU

Pros: Cheap

Feels sturdy

cables are wrapped -something you don't see in cheap psu's

Has all the plugs necessary for a basic but modern desktop.

actually looks like a mid-high end psu, but cheap.

Cons: not cheaper?

PSU plugs feel a tad bit flimsy I am just cherry picking - how often do you unplug your psu?

Other Thoughts: I have used 3 of these units and 1 of the 450w in different repairs I have done for people with failed psu's. The first one I installed was over two years ago, and it still works fine with regular day to day usage. However, I still don't fully trust the brand to have one in my gaming computer. If you are a regular home/office user, then this PSU should do you well.

1 out of 5 eggsRotten

Pros: It was easy to work with like most power supplies when installing into the case.

Cons: It only worked for 2 months and that was with very little use at all.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Good

Pros: FAST shipping!
Reasonable price for the power output.
Quiet fan.
Nice mesh cable covers
and plenty of plugs for everything.

Cons: The only con is that this power supply smells!
It goes away after a few days use, but has a strong odor. Must be the paint?

Other Thoughts: If you need a good 350 PSU for a a replacement or new build, that is not a high powered gaming rig, then this will work for that. I have used 2 of these power supplys so far, and one has been working strong for 2 years now, no issues.

1 out of 5 eggsalmost burnt down my house

Pros: it was cheap and solid black with a nice looking fan and good looks but that doesn't make up for the mistakes

Cons: 1st the power cable that was sent with it was bad... like how do you make a bad power cable but it didn't suply power , I had a spare so i figured i would just use it .. 1st day everything was fine , then the 2nd day when i plugged it in it started sparking in the PSU , never blew the fuse and and I am praying the rest of the PC is still ok.

Other Thoughts: I am having this "Thing" RMA' and if I see the cable is bad on the next one i'm sending it back and buying a different brand , this is for a client of mine and I will not risk there life over a "value"
