It includes screws, so if you want to mount it in a standard bay you shouldn't have a problem. Unfortunately, the case I installed it in came with drive mounting screws with rubber grommets for silent mounting, and naturally the screws were 6-32. If you have specific screws for mounting drives, double-check. Odds are, they aren't compatible. Other Thoughts: Would buy again. Wish they had a model threaded for 6-32 screws.
