I got four. installed in an old antec PlusView case.
Where can i get advice on thermal management? It can bet hot in there.
The drives are across from the power supply. should i get a power supply that blows in their direction?
Or make sure all the other fans are in the same direction so the air flows through the drives?

If you are running 4 drives at the same time with removable bays like this, one has to ask why you are doing this. RAID? The best way to approach a multi-drive storage of this magnitude is with an external system such as a NAS or multi-drive RAID enclosure. I doubt you are using all of them at the same time and thus drawing more power off of your power supply and wasting electricity. It is impractical and not an efficient solution. That being said...

I Googled your case's specs. You would want a top-exhaust and bottom-intake to be practical, keeping with physics that heat rises. Do NOT blow hot air onto the drives (as your suggestion from the power supply). Air should flow in from the bottom/front and leave from the top/back of the case.
