5 out of 5 eggsGreat Processor!

Pros: Great processors - using with an Intel S5000VSA board and Kingston 512MB FB-DIMMS and WD SATA drives - saving a lot of money over buying a DELL of similar specs.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Wish there was 3 sockets on motherboard.

5 out of 5 eggsperfect

Pros: It's a xeon - you know the specs - woodcrest kicks buns!

Cons: none - maybe no hyperthreading too? No biggie... performance shows.

Other Thoughts: Two 5130s score a 5.8 in Vista's score chart - at 2ghz these things put my old 603 pin xeons @ 3ghz to shame... Another winner by Intel!

5 out of 5 eggsMulti-processor Core 2 Duo

Pros: Excellent performance at lower clock speed thanks to higher IPC. Large L2 cache and high FSB along with great hardware prefetch keep this CPU well fed with data.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Offers great performance with low wattage.
