5 out of 5 eggsNo Isues

Pros: Plug it up and turn it on. Low cost.

Cons: No Issues, except maybe with bios on the board,... see other thoughts.

Other Thoughts: On a Gigabyte EP43-UD3L motherboard. The In-Win case I used does not have a reset button, so the board freaks out if you hold the power button to shut it down. You have to unplug it and re-plug it for the board to reboot properly after that. Maybe a case with a hard reset, or newer bios might help? or maybe it belongs in another review.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome but.....

Pros: This RAM is fast it is also has great overclock ability, you can run it at 1200mhz with the 5-5-5-15 timings at 2.35 no problems, of course that is not a guarantee but I would say since most review sites are able to achieve these speeds and I also am able to I would say it is a pretty good bet.

They are very flexible with timings and speeds, the high voltage comes in handy with ovrclocking.

I am running 1 set with XP and the speeds incredible. Paired with an overclocked Q6600 @ 3.6 the system soars, but.......

Cons: The bad thing I have to say is not about the RAM but rather the motherboard that I have, I have the Evga 780i SLI vanilla and the board can not run 4 sticks of these at 1150, it has a limitation of 1066. That is not the RAMs fault nor kingston's as their RAM is freaking awesome and fast, I had ordered 2 sets not knowing the boards lack of RAM support with these high speeds, I am using 1 set atm.

Other Thoughts: If you have an EVGA 780i board DO NOT buy more than 1 set as you will not be able to utilize this RAM with all 4 DIMMs filled. Look into the OCZ 1150 RAM 2x2Gb sticks here on newegg. I do not have them but am considering sending this RAM back to get the full 4GB and save some money. IF you know that your board can run this RAM though it is definitely a great great buy. I like it so much that I was contemplating getting a new board that could power all 4Gb of this RAM but that is unreasonable.

Good luck to you.
