Pros: kingston, no complaints at all..

Cons: went to purchase these again to total 8gb ram in my computer and it has jumped over $80...price gouge much...

Other Thoughts: may look else where for this ram, too expensive here.

Pros: Runs at the same Latencies as the American made pair I bought 8 months prior at close to half the price now.. 5-5-5-15@1066@2.2V or 4-4-4-12@800mhz@2.2V X 4 modules which still rates a 7.4 on Win 7 64 Ult..

Cons: Dunno if the Chinese version will hold up like all the previous American made Kingston that I had grown to love... Have noticed quality is slipping a bit these days in the #'s, think I may move back to Mushkin next time...

Other Thoughts: Asus M3A78-EM(17months old)

9950BE Phenom x4 oc'd to 3.0mhz on air/zalman 9700

8gig of this RAM @ 800mhz(can't run all 4 sticks w/AM2+ @1066 - only two sticks as I already read before I bought...)

2 Raptor HDD's in RAID 0 - Soon to be SSD in two days:)

4850 Toxic and now looking at a 5850 maybe:)

Works Like It Should...

Pros: Stable running at its advertised speed with a Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R motherboard and Core 2 Quad. Worked well enough that I bought another set and have 8 gigs running on this board without issues.

Cons: Motherboard doesn't auto set the proper RAM speed with this memory, you have to set it yourself in the boards bios (blame that on the board, not the memory so no 'eggs' taken away).

Other Thoughts: Set the DRAM Voltage to 2.2V and input the proper multipliers, etc. in the bios and check that it actually reads 1066 for the ram speed... and your off!

I have not tried to OC my set up so I can't speak to that. I was only looking for a stable machine.
