Pros: Got them for a decent price, works as states, at desired clock frequency. A cheaper alternative to going with DDR 3 setup.

Pros: Runs very cool with the large heat sinks.
Cons: Tall because of large heat sinks, but, they just fit.

Pros: Purchased this kit to upgrade from 800 to 1066. Personally, haven't noticed a difference, but they work perfectly. They're stable, and best of all, no motherboard BIOS tweaking to get them to perform at 1066 like other RAM. Perfectly compatible with my Gigabyte UD3P mobo. Would purchase again in a heart-beat.
