5 out of 5 eggsFantastic

Pros: This was the cheapest i could find with a heat spreader at the time, and i am very happy with it. There is nothing special about it, its standard DDR3 1600 ram, with a descent ability to overclock if you know what you are doing. The whole having 16 gigs thing takes a bit to set in, but wow. When i open my task manager to see how things are doing, the sight at how low the ram bar is can be striking to someone upgrading from 4 gigs.

Cons: This ram is really picky when you go and try to get a few more Hz out of it. I was expecting that, being as high density and only rated at 1600. Nothing i didn't expect.

Other Thoughts: This is some very solid ram fr someone building a gaming computer that is great at other things. The ram space is fantastic and very snappy. This ram coupled with my I7 3770K, i haven't tried to overclock much, i did however have to go in to the bios and set it to be 1600, it started at 1333. I have yet to build a system that just knows what speed the memory is in side of it.

Pros: SEE OTHER THOUGHTS

Cons: SEE OTHER THOUGHTS

Other Thoughts: Your motherboard only supports up to 4gb of ram per slot. so if you only have 2 slots, the real maximum would be 8GB (2X4GB)

5 out of 5 eggsAffordable, fast, fits in tight space

Pros: Low profile, fits in the tight confines of a mini-ITX. 7.7 Windows Experience memory speed.

Cons: DDR3-1600 speed only obtainable with 'advanced CPUs.'

Other Thoughts: I have a pair of these installed in a mini-ITX (HP S3XXX case, Foxconn H67S mainboard, Intel 3770 Ivy Bridge); they snapped in and were fully recognized.

4 out of 5 eggshelp needed

Pros: Works, I guess

Cons: doesn't work together in Intel DH77DF mobo.

Other Thoughts: I have an Intel DH77DF motherboard. This is what the specs says:
• Support for DDR3 1600 MHz, DDR3 1333 MHz, and DDR3 1066 MHz DIMMs
• Support for 1 Gb, 2 Gb, and 4 Gb memory technology
• Support for up to 16 GB of system memory with two DIMMs using 4 Gb memory technology
This RAM seemed fitting according to the description, but apparently it isn't. They work alone, but not together. What did I missed, and how could I know it? What should I buy instead, which will work? (2x8GB) Please help! Thanks.
