Kingston's 1GB kit of PC2 6400 memory is a great kit for small systems. This is great choice over single module solutions if your motherboard supports dual channel mode since you'll get wider bandwidth and faster data transfers. And of course you get peace of mind from knowing you installed Kingston modules with lifetime warranties.

Pricey but you get what you pay for

Pros: Works first time, every time. Paired it with an Intel 965 board and it is stable as a rock. No problems even with a board that is fussy about RAM.

Cons: Other than cost, nothing.

Other Thoughts: I got the Intel 965 WH board which is very picky about RAM. Other comments recommended to pair the board with this RAM and it was a very good idea. Although it is relatively costly RAM, it is very stable and has worked great from the outset.

Pros: This is the one to buy if you want to use it with an Intel 965 chipset. Runs at 800Mhz with the correct timings and voltage for the Intel 965

Cons: A little more expensive...but you get what you pay for because it works like it's supposed to hassle free.

Pros: Cheap, reliable, cheap, 1.8v

Cons: 5-5-5-18 timings, a tad slower than other PC2 6400 RAM (maybe 2% or so compared with 5-5-5-15 RAM).

Other Thoughts: They work and they haven't failed me yet!

Pros: Lifetime warranty. 1GB! Pretty stinking quick, being dual channel, and all. Nifty low-profile chips makes for lots of headroom.

Cons: They're not buy one get one free.
