3 out of 5 eggsA lesson learned.

Pros: Replacing pc5300 with pc6400, but it looks like I've been goofed by what is shown and an OEM board.

Cons: When will they advertise this as "Overclockable to PC2 6400" memory? If you can't overclock thru BIOS then don't get this.

Other Thoughts: well, not alls bad. I guess I could just order a budget board. But then again it's only 27 bucks.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Ram

Pros: Fantastic Ram, easily overclock-able, stable since day 1.

Cons: Its not free?

Other Thoughts: Just great RAM from a trusted company. I have always liked Kingston for RAM, and with this 4GHZ purchase, i will again look for Kingston for my next computer build in a year or 2.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat, However >

Pros: Still a good buy for the price with free shipping and no rebate hassle

Cons: Not as avdvertised, I would have given it 5 eggs otherwise.

Other Thoughts: As mentioned in other post the memory is an excellent buy with free shipping as long as you realize your computer may or may not recognize it as PC2 6400 and overclocking the memory will most likely be necessary if you want the advertised 4-4-4-12 timing which is clearly stated on Kingston's site (I'm unsure as to why Newegg hasn't corrected this). If your motherboard supports overclocking and you are aware the pros and cons in doing so then it shouldn't be a problem.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Very reliable, looks cool, have 2 seys

Cons: Same problem, read as PC2-5300 not PC2-6400, and it kept crashing when I set it to 800 MHz.

Other Thoughts: Planning on calling Kingston to see what to do about it.

4 out of 5 eggsGood memory on the cheap

Pros: works just fine, great price for a good name brand with heat spreaders.

Cons: do come clocked out of the package at 667, but was easily changed to 800 in bios.

Other Thoughts: those with an OEM pc with limited bios options may want to get something different due to the speed setting, otherwise great product.

5 out of 5 eggsIt is 800

Pros: Heat Sink, 800mhz and not to mention just looks good. I went from have pc3200 to pc6400 and it is niceeee.

Cons: My mobo read the ram at 667 at first. After altering the bios i was able to get it to read 800. Just changed the volt to 2.0v and manual change the ram to 800 then fix your time to 4-4-4-12 with 4 latency. I think mine was set to 6 lat.

Other Thoughts: Other then it not reading at 800 upon start up its worked amazing.
