5 out of 5 eggs5 years strong!

Pros: I upgraded my Toshiba Satellite with these back in 2008. I just sold that laptop in 2014 with that same ram in it. Kingston rocks!

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Going back and doing reviews that are over 5 years old today (yeah...I am very bored)! I can not believe how many Kingston products (ram, SSD hard drive, SD memory cards, thumb drives...) that I have purchased in the last 7 years and still own today! Don't hesitate to go Kingston!

5 out of 5 eggsOld dell laptop upgrade worked !

Pros: As usual, some motherboards are picky about memory configuration and model... but this memory upgrade forked just fine with an old dell inspiron with no complaints.

Cons: n/a

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Low Price
Great Performance, really made my old laptop shine.

Cons: Well, it would have been better if it was free. :)

Other Thoughts: Nice upgrade for an old Dell D630. Even though linux doesn't require a lot of RAM some of the programs I run were starting to starve with only 2 gigs not to mention problems with Virtualbox. Very cheap upgrade made huge difference.

5 out of 5 eggsGood purchase!

Pros: Easy install in my 2008 white macbook. Kicked up my RAM from 2G to 4G and it's made a nice difference. No problems on install or running so far!

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Good memory, booted immediately on my MBP 2.2, with osx 10.6.8 it recognized all 4 GB (not running 64bit kernel) cheap I have always liked Kngston (2.2 MBP are supposed to support only 3GB according to apple)

Cons: it seems a touch slower on boot and with programs than with a patriot kit i bought from a brick and mortar store (although patriot memory there cost me 2x as much). price per GB is twice for DDR2 than it is for DDR3, haven't ran memtest yet...

Other Thoughts: the responsiveness might be my general paranoia, all my audio software runs fine, and so do games and the os

5 out of 5 eggsWorks on 2007 iMac

Pros: Works for an iMac. Uses only 3 gb but a matched pair runs faster. Much cheaper than using what apple says to use. Just buy this one. 200 pin non buffered non ecc.

Cons: Wish I found this compatibility earlier.
