Pros: Have two of these running in my PC and work beautifully in my system at an extremely reasonable price. They don't have the flash of a Corsair or G-Skill, but if you want reliable, Kingston is just as good.

Cons: Absolutely nothing. They didn't open my case and install themselves?

Pros: Easy to install. Good price. Windows 7 showed memory rating 7.1

Pros: Recognized immediately with proper timings in an ASRock E350M1/USB3. Full system with a 2-TB mechanical drive, USB hub, and three wireless devices (wifi, keyboard/mouse combo, remote) draws less than 30 watts at idle.

No heat spreader, which likely means the memory chips are not being pushed hard, reducing heat output and power consumption.

Cons: I received a standard-height memory stick. The pictures show a low-profile memory stick, so it is easy to get your hopes up. Luckily I did not need the low profile. If you do, the only low profile DDR3 sticks I have been able to find are made by Samsung.

Other Thoughts: I bought a bit too soon for the weekend sale... oh well.

Pros: 1333 MHz, 1.5V, 9 CAS latency - anything deviation from these settings is just asking for motherboard incompatibility. This is all you need from DDR3 RAM for a Core i3 Sandy Bridge system and Kingston as always delivers the goods. This memory has a slimmer PCB than any other I've ever used which is frankly preferable to a tacky heatsink that impedes airflow.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Modern systems gain no real tangible benefit from faster memory speed or tighter latency. More expensive RAM is a much worse place to spend your money than a faster GPU or CPU, so don't do it.
