Pros: Always used kingston for consumer computers haven't ran into any issues as far as compatibility. Worked fine on a Dell Dimension Series ive been upgrading including 2400 model for sure

Cons: Froze my computer after a month

Other Thoughts: Purchased cards, intalled them, they worked great and sped up computer...Than after a month the computer just froze and I had to unplug to shut off.....reset cards and it worked for a couple of days then froze again, tried resetting cards several more times, each time the computer would freeze after a short time...finally removed cards and the computer has been working fine for days

Pros: Instant improvement over having only 512 MB. Using in a Dell Dimension 4500 with a 1 GB max capability. Running Windows XP Home Edition. Startup items load much faster.
