Pros: So much faster than having 512 ram on my dell E1405...you NEED this much ram for vista. Programs load ridiculously fast now and it starts up very quickly and smoothly.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: Difficult to install ram on Dell inspiron E1405. had to remove the keyboard to get to it. Use about 30 percent of physical memory with just the vista loaded. I reccomend at least 2 gigs for vista users, it makes a huge difference.
