Great for EEEPC1000HD
- Pros: Easy install. Works flawlessly, no tuning necessary.
- Cons: The EEE PC should just come with 2 GB.
- Other Thoughts: Cheap, effective, reliable. Glad I decided to get it.

Never had a Corsair chip die on me.

Not Worth the Hassle! Period!
- Pros: At the time of purchase, it seemed like the best deal with free shipping and a lower price. Plus, newegg reviews were fair.
- Cons: I ordered two of these modules. I installed them in a HP Pavilion dv9535nr. BTW, yes, the dv9535nr will support 4GB of ram if you are running 64 bit Windows 7. Anyways, shortly after installation I received a blue screen. After performing a memory test, I discovered that one of the modules was bad. so I contacted Corsair's support and filed a claim. It took them 3 days to give me an RMA. It cost me $5.00 to send the module back to them via USPS. I received an email from their RMA department saying they are experiencing a delay in processing warranty items. They said please expect an additional 5 business days for processing in addition to the standard 5 business days. Then, another 5 days for shipping.
- Other Thoughts: Save yourself the time and money and get a better product with a better customer service. I understand that some times faulty modules happen but after reading the other reviews here I thought I would take a chance just to save a few bucks. If you want to risk a faulty module, and apparently based on reviews at least half of their modules are faulty, the purchase this product. Otherwise, get something else. If I had to do it again, I would not choose Corsair ever again.
