Pros: Excellent price for 4GB of 800 MHz memory. I've had this in my system for over a year now. I'm using Vista 64 Home so that I can get all 4GB to be seen by the system. I have an ASUS AMD AM2 socket mobo. I can add 2 more sticks of RAM if needed, but I can play my games (MMORPG's), run my videos/movies, and download via bittorrent without my system showing any signs of lag.

Cons: None that I can tell.
