This 2GB set includes a matched pair of modules with 7-7-7-20 timing at 1800MHz. This module set is also Intel XMP certified.

XMP technology lets everyone from the newest gamer to hardcore gamers tweak their systems for maximum speed. Multiple profiles let you easily change the timings as a group. Or you can tune them individually for customized performance that takes into consideration your complete system. A quick switch back to default puts things back if you happen to go too far.

Corsair's legendary reliability is backed with a lifetime warranty. The black dual path DHX aluminum heat spreaders on the modules help to extend their life by keeping them cool. The extended chip coolers are supplemented by a PCB cooler. Both sets of coolers are finned for extra surface area. The chip coolers are ribbed for maximum cooling area. Pros: This memory does everything that it says. Has great OC potental, I have it running 1:1 @ 2000MHz with no problems.

Other Thoughts: When you purchase this memory you will need to download the PDF file from Corsair's site as the instructions that came with my memory didn't help at all and I know you or thinking what and idiot how hard can ram be to install. Anyway for this ram to work right and run at its rated speed you MUST install it in the BLACK DIMMs A2 & B2 or your system will fail to load windows if you try to run this in A1 & B1 over 1400MHz and it can and most lickly will corrupt windows also the memory is unstable in A1 & B1 at lower speeds.

Rock solid and fast

Pros: Booted right up first and every time. Running 1800MHz on Asus P5E3 Deluxe WiFi and Q6600 2.0v @ 7-7-7-20 1T. I haven't pushed it any higher than 1824MHz, but that ran fine at 1T as well. Great match for Asus boards.

Cons: Price, but that's to be expected. I wish I could have found it in 2x2Gb kit's. I would rather take the financial pain all at once.

Other Thoughts: I'll probably add another 2 gig's when the price comes down substantially, but then I'm sure it will force me to 2T. Corsair makes great memory. The Dominator fan kit looks cool and is silent.
Buy it if you can afford it, or like me, buy it even if you can't.

Pros: Great kit in my P5E w/ Q6600. Works like a charm and cooler fits no-problem. Suggested to anyone looking for this spec RAM. This is high quality stuff! Corsair delivers as always!

Cons: Spendy, waiting till the price comes down to round out to 4 gigs.
