Pros: I bought this for my wife's Dell Studio 1535 that only came shipped with 2g this time last year. I put in the 2 2g sticks, bios picked up the change like it should. Vistasp2 didn't seem to boot a whole lot faster but it is reading all 4g, not 3.5 like others have reported. Individual programs start faster and my wife can run photoshop and a few extra programs now without noticing any lag

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: after being available for atleast a year now the price should be closer to 40 or 60 but thats not really neweggs fault. shipped fast.

Pros: It works, I have one stick in my finace's netbook and the other in my laptop. They both work fine.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I've never had bad luck buying any other computer parts other than RAM, so whenever I take it out of the packaging and it works, I'm happy.
