Hi, no it's not compatible with your laptop.  This memory is used for a desktop computer.  Look in the manual for the laptop, online search,  or call Dell to determine the memory type.  I took a quick search online for "Dell Latitude e5430" and saw your laptop uses the DDR3 SDRAM type, which is smaller than this one.   Your laptop can hold up to 2 memory sticks with the maximum total size of 8GB.

will this work in my Mid 2010 quad core Mac Pro?

Mac has very specific requirments about memory. Not sure why, because they use similar stuff as windows machines nowadays, but you MUST be very careful about what memory you get for a mac. Even the timings are important. This is one of the reasons I don't buy mac- pain in the rear and more expensive to upgrade. I would check with the mac store before you buy just to be sure. Take a print out of the specs for this memore so they can see the specs and model number to research. Good luck.

I have no idea but you can check Dell's website. First, find out which BIOS version you have, then search for specifications. The info will be somewhere on their site.

I was looking for low voltage ram for a nas build and came across this puppy. These appear low voltage given that they are 1.35v vs typical 1.5v or 1.6v ddr3. Has anyone used this ram in low power envirement like home nas, media server, htpc, green pc ? Can they be underclocked or under volted with out sacraficing much performance? I really like that they are 1.35v and low cas at 1600.

Will this fit under an overhanging Wraith cooler (FX-8350)?

I've never used a wraith cooler, but I have used the "older" FX8350 stock cooler with the Ballistix ram and it worked fine. I've also used them under several other coolers, and all worked fine. GREAT ram, and very user and cooler friendly. Highly recommend!
