Pros: Paid $35 for 8gb.

Cons: Severely disappointed with my purchase. Bought two sticks (2x4gb), and one stick only lasted 6 months, the other lasted just under a year. Thought PNY would be higher quality than this. Can't even check my email with out a crash.

Other Thoughts: Why are there no expectations for quality these days? Shouldn't a product perform for more than 6 months? I feel like we're being taken advantage of.

Pros: Looks nice. Easy to install. Good RMA service. Works.

Cons: Had to RMA it once because one stick was messed up. But after doing a RAM test i figured out which stick it was.

Other Thoughts: I love having 8 GB of ram for Windows 7.

Pros: Works, barely..

Cons: Bought from BB as it was on sale, Exact same Manufacturer part number. First pair Failed memtest86 with over 250 memory errors, singular testing resulted on one particular stick being bad. "Okay, bad memory happens sometimes.." second set I exchanged them for has 3 errors after a full sweep. Again one particular stick having all the errors. Leaving them in as it doesn't seem likely I'll hit these magical bits the way memtest does. But still what horrible statistics after two purchases!

PNY do you not even perform bit-check tests for your products to filter out the junk?

Other Thoughts: After the first bad stick I should have bought another set, tested them, and returned the two defective ones, keeping the working pair...

I've owned 2 PNY GeForce cards, this company makes decent graphics cards but beware their ram..

Other Thoughts: asethically pleasing memory chips! be sure to follow the motherboard install instructions; i.e. install a 2 chip set into the 'blue' ram slots.

Pros: So far so good. Posted with no problem and is running fine. Got them on sale so price was good.

Pros: Solid, posts correctly, always recognized, nice looking. 16G=7.6 WEI

Cons: One of my first two sticks died with in 2 months. I am too lazy to return one stick so for some reason I replaced it and bought two more to make 16G. For the last 9 months all has been well.

Other Thoughts: Would only buy these if it's all your MoBo will take. Why not get 1600+ when and where you can? And for the same price, you could.

Pros: The price matches its quality and it's easy to install. 8 GB is plenty for most applications and games nowadays.

Cons: Failed after a year; caused desktop memory crashes and a load of other errors because of such. Was hoping it would have lasted much longer but I only paid $40. Maybe others have had better luck.

Cons: Since I recieved this item, I used it with 6 different motherboards at each computer in my home and at my office, but it didn't work with most of the motherboards. It doesn't work and only booted up with one 1156 CPU type motherboard, but the blue screen came up soon after. It didn't boot up again after that. I've been assembling computer myself since the early 90's, but this is the only time I have seen a failed memory.
