Pros: Looks good

Cons: It either was dead on arrival or is a sandforce SSD. I could not find any information on if it does or does not support the Flush Cache (E7h) command. I will try to return it because it will not work for me.

Other Thoughts: I wish newegg would provide more information about the product we are buying. For example what type of msata drive would be very useful to their customers.

Pros: This drive is awesome - I stuck it in a Lenovo U410 Notebook - I decided to go cheap and not get the "Ultrabook" version because they wanted 300$ more for a 32 gig SSD cache. Ha, why do that when I get something like this? Rather than use it as a cache, I'm just using this drive my OS drive and I have another drive I stuck in as the "Data" drive that houses some VMs. In any event, doing an AIDA 64 disk bench on it (being my OS drive, speeds will be a little degraded), it still reads 450 - 655 MB/s with a .15ms Response, which for this tiny little drive, is awesome.

Cons: This is hardly a con, more just an observation, but it runs pretty hot for a solid state. The Lenovo I have has an i7, which may not be helping the issue, but I keep it on a cooling pad and the drive still sits around 40 - 55c. That is pretty hot for a solid state drive in my opinion, considering there are no moving parts and nothing really to heat it up other than a proc and a GPU. I'm really not that concerned about it because the specc'ed operating temp is all the way up to 70c. I have trouble getting my other SSDs above 30c, so 40 - 55c seems a little warm to me.

Other Thoughts: I don't think you should worry about a warm SSD - the drive is really fast for it's size and it's really good buy.

Pros: Super Fast
MSata form factor

Cons: a lil pricey, probably would have bought the 128GB if it were slightly cheaper

Other Thoughts: Put this in a Lenovo y580. Windows loads even before the startup gui finishes its 2 second animation. Just insane speed on this thing

Pros: I am using this drive as a system drive on a Sager NP9150 which only has mSATA II. Even with a SATA II connection my laptop boots to windows before the little boot logo comes up. It's insanely fast.

Cons: Not many mSATA III controllers on mobos yet!! But that's not a Con for this drive, just be sure to check your specs before ordering. I would have gotten a nicer SATA II drive if I knew that's all my laptop could support.

Other Thoughts: I have windows installed on this drive and another SSD for all of my applications and a final HDD for all of my files. It is a perfect combination of price to performance. (Maybe a little pricey, but great speeds.)
