ADATA Premier Pro SP600 ASP600S3-64GM-C 2.5" 64GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

Pros: Just works so far.

Cons: Found what I think was a defective SATA cable, either that, or its sensitive about cabling.

Other Thoughts: Used to mirror my existing SSD boot drive. I expect this one to outlast the first, which is, of course, the whole point of mirroring.

Pros: It's fast. Windows XP SP3 boots in 45 seconds from the moment I turn the computer on. Most of that time is waiting on the BIOS.

Dell Precision 470, Dual Xeon 3.0Ghz, 4GB of RAM.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I used the "Desktop Pack" and while mounting the drive to the 3.5" spacer, one of the metal screw holes pulled loose from the plastic housing. It mounted with 3 screws fine though.

Pros: Installed without a hitch
Fast (like an SSD should be)

Cons: High operating temperature

Other Thoughts: Bought this to replace a failing Kingston 64GB SSD in my HP nc6400 laptop with SATA I interface, and it installed without a problem. Imaged it with my Windows 7 Pro backup of the Kingston, and was online immediately. It is amazing how much an SSD improves the speed of these older laptops! The drive does run hot though, in my opinion. In CPUID's Hardware Monitor it is showing as 105 to 111 degrees F as it's normal operating temperature.

Pros: Good for boot drive use.
Fast.
Reliable.

Cons: On one of the bottom screw holes used for mounting, there is a "Warranty Void If Broken" sticker. I only used the other three screw holes, and that of course works just fine.

Other Thoughts: I definitely decided to deduct an egg for that, just because that's a pretty 'low' thing to do.

Pros: its a ssd
has life time warranty
thats it

Cons: has been replaced by adata 3 times for failure
last time it died 2 days after I got it back
you cant store anything you want to keep on it
after the last time it died I throwed it in a drawer
im going to spend more shipping it than I did to buy it at this rate
and I bought it before they droped in price

my sasung and kingston have had no issues so I know its not the pc

Other Thoughts: good thing it has a lifetime warranty because your going to use it

Pros: Fast and cheap

Cons: Could be better in every way and get job and give me money

Other Thoughts: Great windows 7 boot drive for a family member that does not need much space.

Pros: Great read and writes speeds for the price. Beautiful build quality with the full aluminum casing.

Cons: Nothing yet, no issues formatting, no slowdown

Other Thoughts: Great SSD for those on a budget, I don't normally buy Adata but the price was too good to pass up, I'm glad I did.

Pros: Small, fast, and obviously silent

Cons: Not preloaded with cool movies

Other Thoughts: Great to install your OS on to make it nice and zippy.

Pros: Good speed for what I use it for. Also came with the adapter bracket.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: I would recomend this brand.

Pros: Works as intended so far, amazingly fast boot, easy to maintain.

Cons: None as of yet
