XPG V2 DRAM Modules

Gear Up and Take Command with XPG

The new XPG V2 series are designed for 4th Generation Intel Core Processors and the Z87 platform, featuring colorful and visually striking heat spreaders.

Top of the Line Performance

DDR3 Speeds up to 3100MHz, with timings of CL12-14-14-36 at 1.65V (XMP Profile 1), provide the muscle needed to run the most demanding games and software. The ADATA XPG V2 Series is comprised of an extruded heat sink with increased surface area, providing superior thermo-conductivity, efficiently reducing power consumption and greatly elevating signal completion. An industry-leading 2oz double-copper PCB increases module stability.

Eye-Catching Components

The sharp design of XPG V2 DRAM modules bring out the best of your rig's appearance, without sacrificing the speed you demand. Designed with a futuristic form that will appeal to those who take pride in both the performance and the visual outlook of their high-end systems, this DRAM brings the best of both worlds to high-end gaming systems.

XPG V2

The Highest Standard for Stability and Efficiency

ADATA XPG V2 memory products are made in conformation with JEDEC regulations and DDR3-1333 standards at CL value of 9-9-9-24. Each XPG V2 memory chip is selected through a strict filtering process, complete with high-quality Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and an aluminum heat sink that effectively lowers module temperature, proven to reach a maximum speed of 3100MHz at CL value 12-14-14-36 to make complete use of the computer’s power.

XPG V2

Advanced Heatsink Design for Better Cooling Efficiency

Using Thermal Conductive Technology (TCT) and 2oz Copper 8-layer PCB, the specialized heat sink ensures outstanding stability even when systems are pushed to the limit.

What is DDR3?

DDR3 SDRAM stands for Double Data Rate Three Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory. Compared to DDR2 SDRAM, DDR3 SDRAM delivers higher performance, maintaining lower voltage levels and greatly improving data transfer rates.

ADATA XPG V2 Desktop Memory uses 240-pin standard design. Operating at 3100MHz and 1.5 ~ 1.65 Volts, its transfer bandwidth can reach 24,800MBps (PC3-24800), blazing speed you won’t find elsewhere.

Lifetime Warranty, Quality Guaranteed

In addition to ADATA’s rigorous manufacturing process, we ensure the quality of each memory module. All ADATA memory modules come with a lifetime limited warranty.

*All ADATA memory chips are stringently tested. However, actual performance may vary due to a computer’s motherboard, BIOS version, system configurations, operating system, system components, and other factors. Overclocking or changing the system clock may cause malfunction in some computer system components, and can even invalidate the computer’s warranty. Please read the computer user guide carefully or consult the manufacturer for more information.

5 out of 5 eggsnice price, attractive, good stats

Pros: price is great, stats are good, styling is handsome.

Cons: Covers are nice for heat transfer but are a bit tall and may cause clearance issue with large cpu fan/heatsink. Offset large fans a little to allow for clearance, I am using a large Noctua on mine and had to make a slight adjustment.
Stickers would be nicer mounted on opposite side as to not be visible and to show name better after installation, so you dont have to remove them to ruin warranty.

Other Thoughts: not a better deal available

5 out of 5 eggsAdata 16gb DDR3 2400

Pros: Rock solid ram, works at advertised speeds, looks very cool with the gold heat spreaders. Installed these on a new Asus Z97-A mb. After flipping the XMP switch on the board they booted up at 2400 speed and timings 11-13-13-35. Can't get much easier than that.

Cons: Timings could be a little tighter but not an issue at all.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat RAM, and FAST!!! XPG V2 16GB 2400MHz

Pros: Everything, speed, looks, heat disapation

Cons: nada

Other Thoughts: The heatsinks on these things are reeaallly not that big, but thats jus my opinion, ppl were nit-picking saying "ohhh the heat spreaders r too high" I say lies...and I proved myself right. do yourself a favor and get this RAM if you want something fast, affordable and reliable, ADATA makes good products

3 out of 5 eggsDo your Homework first

Pros: Wouldn't know

Cons: Doesn't work with my motherboard

Other Thoughts: Do your research before buying these. I didn't know anything about QVL's when buying for my build. I have 4x8Gb sticks. My MB is only Reading 2 of the sticks for only 1333Mhz. Very frustrating.. not with the card but on my lack of knowledge.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Memory

Pros: This memory exceeded my expectations! I was pleasantly surprised when I installed this memory in my nephews new build - ASRock Z87 Extreme 6 motherboard and i7 4770 K processor. The Motherboard picked up the 2400 XMP setting on installation, there was no need to set timing in bios. I wasn't sure about this brand of memory but I went for cutting cost on this new build and am glad I did. ADATA This Memory Rocks.

Cons: Tall heat spreader. Not a deal breaker though!

Other Thoughts: I will definitely consider ADATA memory in future PC builds. This memory operates as advertised DDR3 2400 Speed.
Kudos to Adata for producing a ram module that performs as advertised. It's very frustrating to purchase fast memory and then have to return it because it doesn't perform as advertised.

5 out of 5 eggsVery nice upgrade

Pros: I got to be honest. I bought a few parts for my rig just because i wanted my color scheme to work. My rig is black and orange like the full tower phantom case i bought from NZXT. I was running 4x4 corsair 1600 which always did a great job. Since everything inside my case was going to be orange I went for these sticks for color and an upgrade. I was not expecting a huge leap from the 1600 1.5v to the 2400 1.65v but its pretty big difference when i go to overclock my system. I was a little concerned about the 1.65V since everyone swears it shortens the CPU life. Look into it, you will find it doesnt really do much. Specially if you have some wicked cooling on your rig.

Cons: None, looks great, no issues and was able to overclock alot more with the new upgrade

Other Thoughts: These sticks are huge. I have a full tower and cramming them near my MASSIVE Zulman radiator was scary. They fit fine but ..........please please check your clearing on your board before you buy. I was cutting it close.
