5 out of 5 eggsAWESOME RAM!!!!!

Pros: This ram is simply awesome! I'm running them stable , 1866 8-8-8-24-1T @ 1.5v

Eat your heart out corsair, and G.SKILL!

I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Cons: Absolutely NONE. I have been using Mushkin for awhile now and have said from the beginning it is SO under rated. I have never had any corsair or GSKILL that has overclocked or lasted like Muskin has.

Other Thoughts: get this ram!

Manufacturer Response:

Thank you for choosing Mushkin.
We appreciate your feedback and support.

5 out of 5 eggs1 yr - flawless

Pros: waited a year before reviewing.

it works. fast. stays cool. looks awesome.

CPU fan draws air right over the heatsinks, seems to keep them nice and cool.

Cons: none.

Other Thoughts: looks great on my Sabertooth Z77

running Win8 on I73770K on a Samsung 830 pro SSD and it just flies through apps.

5 out of 5 eggsAmazing Ram BUY NOW!!

Pros: For the performance, what can I say. they are hands down the best ram i have ever come across. case 8 timings @ 1600mhz, solid stock performance. i am running them on a asus maximus v gene ROG motherboard, and i am able to set voltage @ 1.55v and run thse beauties at 2200Mhz with 10-11-10-28 timings. i bought them for $110 here on new egg on sale and they are by far, great value. This ram is very nice looking, with its solid build quality with the heatsinks. they are 3 pieces that are asembled with tiny screws. very nice, solid design.

Cons: none.

4 out of 5 eggsRMA required - but everything's OK.

Pros: Sleek, high-quality memory. Downclocks to 1333MHz at 9-9-9-24, but is easily overclocked to 1600MHz at 8-8-8-24 using XMP profile. Beautiful black heatsinks that compliment my Asus Maximus V Gene board, much more sophisticated than G-Skill. I bought this product when it was on sale for $115.00.
Mushkin advanced RMA is top-notch, and I had a replacemnt set shipped internationally to me in less than 48 hours. New ones work flawlessly. 7.9 on the Windows Experience Index for me!

Cons: First set would only run at 1333MHz 9-9-9-24. The system was unable to boot using the standard XMP profile. After getting my replacements, it looks like I'm left to pay the return shipping for the bad kit. Seriously Mushkin? Crucial would never break my heart like this.

Other Thoughts: With the price of memory less than half of what it was only two years ago, your best bet is to go with 16GB. Take advantage of this amazing thing called Superfetch, you won't regret it.

5 out of 5 eggsHeatsink backwards??

Pros: Great timings for 1600Mhz kit

Cons: One of the 4 heatsinks was oriented backwards, had to unscrew it and reverse so it was oriented the same as the others. A quick fix, but should have been all oriented the same way. Although this was purely cosmetic, as the heatsink works either way. Not enough to take an "egg" off, but still...

5 out of 5 eggsVery Nice

Pros: Fast timings, great looking, will overclock.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I have used Corsair memory in my custom builds for some time but have used Mushkin in my workstation builds with good results. Corsair was only offering low profile ram in the specs I wanted and and Mushkin was giving me the performance and the looks. The choice to go with Mushkin was a good one. Corsair has always ran for me at the spec'd profiles but would give me nothing more unless buying the gold plated stuff. This Mushkin will let me push it a little to give me the overclocks I need without modifying my cpu strap on my X79 board. I don't overclock it hard but it isn't picky if you stay in the ballpark.

5 out of 5 eggsGreen pc

Pros: Great looking ram. Not cheap at all.

Cons: N/a

Other Thoughts: I'm still waiting on part of my PC so I haven't had a chance to actually test the ram yet, but I just wanted to give everyone a heads up that the ram has a green PCB not a black PCB like the sticks in the newegg picture. A small detail and nothing to complain about, but some people obsess over small things like that.

5 out of 5 eggsVery Good

Pros: Fast, overclocking head room, stable, decent timings. For the money you get Mushkin value, style, and support. Worth every penny. XMP profile for 1600 is in there once selected the timings etc are right and it just works.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: You can tighten the timings and ramp the speed up slightly. They don't seem to be real picky. I use Mushkin in all my builds and in 8 years they have only failed me once. Their support was on the ball and made it up VERY quickly.

5 out of 5 eggsMushkin is the Best

Pros: Works with the Asus P8P67 no problem, looks wicked and has nice timings. Running flawless at 1600MHz, 8-8-8-24 on a 2700K rig OC'd to 4.8GHz

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I upgraded from an i7 920 rig to a 2700K and had to get new 1.5v RAM. I had Mushkin on the old rig and didn't even consider any other brand of RAM.
